- • 2 cups broccoli florets

- • 1 red onion, sliced
- • 2 tablespoons olive oil
- • 1 lemon
- • Salt and pepper to taste
- • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, basil)
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions
