Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, basil)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions
