Ingredients
- • 1 lb lean beef sirloin, sliced thin
- • 2 cups broccoli florets
- • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- • 1 carrot, julienned
- • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced
- • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water
- 2. Stir-fry beef in batches until browned
- 3. Remove beef and cook vegetables
- 4. Add garlic and ginger
- 5. Return beef to pan with sauce
- 6. Cook until sauce thickens
