Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water
  2. 2. Stir-fry beef in batches until browned
  3. 3. Remove beef and cook vegetables
  4. 4. Add garlic and ginger
  5. 5. Return beef to pan with sauce
  6. 6. Cook until sauce thickens
