Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Season salmon with salt and pepper
  2. 2. Pan-sear salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes
  3. 3. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes
  4. 4. Remove salmon and cook asparagus in the same pan
  5. 5. Add butter, garlic, and lemon juice
  6. 6. Return salmon to pan and garnish with dill
