Ingredients
- • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- • 1 bunch asparagus
- • 2 tablespoons butter
- • 1 lemon
- • 2 cloves garlic, minced
- • Fresh dill
- • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Season salmon with salt and pepper
- 2. Pan-sear salmon skin-side up for 4 minutes
- 3. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes
- 4. Remove salmon and cook asparagus in the same pan
- 5. Add butter, garlic, and lemon juice
- 6. Return salmon to pan and garnish with dill
