- • 4 cod fillets (150g each)
- • 2 tbsp olive oil
- • 2 tbsp butter
- • 4 cloves garlic, minced
- • Fresh parsley and thyme
- • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels
- 2. Season with salt and pepper
- 3. Heat oil in a large skillet
